SPB Custom Building LLC's mission began as an inspiring collaboration with the Cora Lan Group to meld compassion, design, and innovation. We embarked on truly transformative projects that will forever remain etched in our hearts. Our team has had the honor of crafting ADA-compliant kitchens, bathrooms, and entire homes to create more accessible living spaces. This experience has brought us immeasurable fulfillment and is something we strive to continue.
Our mission, which was clear from the outset, is to create spaces that would not only meet the stringent accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) but also provide a sense of independence, dignity, and comfort to our many customers.
Our kitchens offer a space where functionality seamlessly merges with aesthetics, as we meticulously designed countertops and cabinets to be the perfect height. This ensures easy access for wheelchair users while maintaining an elegant and modern design. Our open layouts allow unrestricted movement and enable occupants to prepare meals and socialize with family and friends without hindrance.
We meticulously reimagined bathrooms by installing roll-in showers that eliminate barriers to bathing independence. Every fixture, from the sink to the toilet, was thoughtfully positioned to maximize ease of use.
Throughout our projects, our commitment to making our spaces truly exceptional was unwavering. We carefully considered every detail, resulting in every kitchen and bathroom not only meeting ADA compliance but also radiating warmth, style, and functionality.
